I thought we could start off the new 2023 year with some introductions. I was asked at the last Stony Plain Tack Sale if I have horses. And the answer is yes! I have owned horses for 21 years. I have 2 mares right now that are actually the name inspiration for my business! Xpressive is a 2013 Thoroughbred and Cavalla is a 2014 Zangersheide registered warmblood. I also have 2 Irish Setters, Chevy (10 yrs old) and Ruby (6 months). My parents are both military and have been since before I was born. We actually didn’t get my first horse until we were posted to Edmonton and learned of the Edmonton Garrison Saddle Club, a stables on base for military to board to their horses. Which is how I came around to my project to share the experiences of horse owning military members and their families.

I look forward this year to growing my business, getting to know new people and their horses, and showing my own girls on the hunter jumper circuit!
